ENGL 0451 Culinary Arts English

English 0451 is an advanced level course designed for students in the second year of the Culinary Arts program. Students will use the writing process to write paragraphs, letters, memos, short reports, and to produce a class newsletter. Core skills in critical reading, comprehension, grammar, and vocabulary will be developed. Written assignments will be produced using a word processor. Students will participate in oral presentations and in the critical analysis of technical reading selections and media articles.
