We're hosting an Aboriginal Winter Wellness event at our Prince Rupert campus and everyone is welcome to join!
Don't let the cold weather stop you from physical activity. Join us and participate in Nordic Pole Walking. Did you know that you can burn up to 46% more calories using the poles and may use up to 90% of your muscles?
Meet at the Prince Rupert campus for the walk at 11:00. Poles are provided for the walk and lunch will be provided at the campus at noon.
There will be door prizes too!
