Northwest Community College is pleased to offer students and visiting guests comfortable residence accommodation on the Terrace Campus. Residence Living is a close, supportive community where every student has rights and responsibilities. NWCC Terrace Campus has five, two-floor traditional residence buildings and a 47-bed work camp style trades dorm.

Each building is equipped with a shower room, a TV room, a kitchen area on each floor for light meal preparation (Nass River Residence has one kitchen area). Kitchens include a large fridge and freezer, microwaves, stovetop induction cooking plates, washers and dryers. All residents have access to free wireless Internet. Each room is equipped with a twin bed, study table, and wardrobe. There are a small number of suites available in the Lakelse Lake and Skeena River residences which contain a private living room area.
Students should bring bedding, towels, soap, laundry detergent and are encouraged to bring such items as an iron, alarm clock, flashlight, microwave cover, and other small items to make your room feel like home. The work camp style housing building has a small kitchen area centrally located for light meal preparation and a laundry room. Each single room is individually heated, has a small TV, cable, free Internet, small fridge, study desk and a twin bed.

Residence Living Application as soon as you apply to NWCC.
