WTCS Online Course Services

Coast Mountain College has partnered with Cengage Learning to provide a variety of interactive online courses, each with its own instructor. 

Through the online learning centre ed2go, more than 1,500 top schools across the United States, Canada, and Australia offer practical and highly effective online courses on a variety of topics such as Creating Web Pages, Accounting Fundamentals, Grant Writing, Medical Terminology, Veterinary Assistant, and much more.

The instructor-facilitated online courses are informative, fun, convenient, and highly interactive. Courses are project-oriented and include lessons, quizzes, hands-on assignments, discussion areas and supplementary links.

Getting Started with ed2go:

ed2go courses

  1. Go to
  2. Browse catalogue and choose a course.
  3. Follow the instructions to enroll in your course.
  4. You will be prompted to contact CMTN to make payment. (We cannot accept online payments through the ed2go platform.)
  5. When your course starts, return to and click the “classroom” link. To begin your studies, simply log in with the name and password you created when enrolling.

Online Career Training

  1. Go to
  2. Browse catalogue and choose a course.
  3. Choose the “contact me” button and fill in your contact information.
  4. You will be contacted by the Workforce Training department and we will assist you in the next steps.
  5. Once you are registered and the program is paid for, you will be connected with an ed2go advisor who will give you access to your course.


ed2go courses

A new section of every course in the NWCC ed2go catalogue begins the third Wednesday of every month. Each course runs for six weeks, with a two-week grace period.

Online Career Training

Career Training programs have open enrollment. Once payment is received and registration is complete, you will be able to start your course.

All courses require Internet access, e-mail, a web browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari. Some courses may have additional requirements such as software. Visit for more information.
